Christophe and Matthieu are face-to-face. The two Beaud brothers

started working in the company alongside their father. They've

run it jointly for more than thirty years. In a conversation where

they take turns to ask each other questions, they talk candidly

and give us their views and thoughts on Julbo, its ethos and

challenges, and share their unique insights.
