Everyone behind the scenes at Julbo knows that the history of the Megève and Cortina models is a bit unusual...
Like the accidental and well-loved tarte tatin, it all started with a slightly zany idea. The Julbo athletes were meeting
in the showroom with Lucie, Sports Marketing Manager. They started playing around with the vintage frames exhibited
in the showroom museum-style. They loved the idea of reviving these fluo-fun frames from the 1980s and were all
really keen to run with it. And that's how these colorful and quirky re-releases were born!

tarte tatin, née d’une chute de pommes et tant appréciée, tout part d’une idée un peu loufoque. Les athlètes Julbo étaient
réunis au showroom avec Lucie, Sports Marketing Manager. Ils se sont mis à jouer avec les paires vintages exposées
comme au musée. Ce revival fluo-fun des années 80 les a beaucoup amusés et tous avaient vraiment envie de repartir
avec. Ainsi sont nées ces ré-éditions colorées et décalées !
